Five Fox Farm
Moiese Valley, MT
Five Fox Farm operates on a small but fertile piece of land in the sunny Moiese Valley. They currently grow a variety of mixed produce including garlic, squash, onions, and asparagus. The remainder of the land is devoted to a small orchard and a productive stand of alfalfa. They are certified Homegrown by the Western Montana Sustainable Grower's Union and use no synthetic herbicides or fertilizers, instead relying on a system of cover crops, compost, and crop rotation to maintain health and productivity.
